....I just returned from an awesome vacation back down to savannah and tybee island. I had a great time, and forgot how great it was to live on a little island by the beach. This time though, things where a little different..... the new Miley Syrus movie "the last song" is currently being filmed on tybee. (the pic above is of a fake carnival they had set up beside the pier) So, it's good for the economy, I just hope a bijillion tourist and fans don't overpower the little place. It's so charming just the way it is. A lot of the movie is on the pier, right beside where Beau & I got married on the beach. Our fav. little spot has been scouted out. It waa cool to see all the props, and I'll definitely be watching the movie. More post to come....
